At Live in Balance I understand that health and well being is our natural state, but sometimes we need a little help getting back on track. Through a Mind Body approach, holistic kinesiology endeavours to resolve the underlying cause of the issue, rather than only treat the symptoms. This allows for longer lasting results, as well as a greater understanding and sense of empowerment in your healing, as you bring your body back into a healthy state of balance.
 
Holistic Kinesiology can assess stress on a physical, mental and emotional level. A large range of natural and holistic techniques are used to help restore balance and well being.

It is a wonderful therapy for both adults and children, and is safe to use during pregnancy. It can be applied to almost anything including stress and anxiety, pain and structural issues, learning and behavioural difficulties, digestive and food related issues/intolerances, and more.
