The practice of meditation has been recently gaining popularity and with good reason! Just as the trees let go of old, dying leaves and they float away, AUTUMN is a wonderful time for us to “let-go” of anything that is no longer serving us. It is a time to clear out the old so that we can gather inward for the stillness of winter. This can be letting go of old thought patterns, habits that are not supportive or things from the past that we still cling to. This can be a challenge because letting things go is often associated with a sense of loss or grief, but by not allowing these things to fall away, we wind up carrying a much heavier load.
